I further understand that I/my child will be participating in a physical activity that may result in injury.  I further understand that Studio 19 Dance Company is not responsible or liable for contraction of the COVID -19 virus or any other illness my student or other family members may be diagnosed with due to my participation in dance classes at the studio. I release and discharge Studio 19 Dance Company, its owners, staff/ employees from any and all legal action/responsibilities due to injury or illness.
