As a dance student, she won numerous awards and trophies, and was twice named "Dancer of the Year" at the studio where she received her training. She has attended master classes with such dance icons as Garth Fagan, Joe Tremaine, Wade Robson, and had extensive training with Michelle Madore. She attended Spencerport High School where she choreographed the musicals "Kismet", "Anything Goes", and "Little Shop of Horrors", as well as for several show choirs. As a sophomore, Erin danced the lead role in Michelle Madore's "The Hunger". After graduation, Erin went on to study dance at SUNY Brockport as a BFA Major. During her time there, she was selected to perform in several senior thesis projects. Erin was nominated and selected for inclusion in the 2005 edition of "Who's Who Among America's Teachers". The nomination came from a former dance student who chose Erin as the teacher who had most positively impacted the student's life. During her directorship at Studio 19, Miss Erin has won awards for her unique choreography, and her students have won numerous medals and trophies, including high scoring routine awards. Erin is a former company member of Kista Tucker Dance, and a current member of Catalyst Danceworks.
Erin has dreamed about having her own studio since she began dancing, and strives to instill in her students the same passion for dance that she realized at a young age. Erin looks forward to sharing her knowledge and love of dance with her students.
Erin currently resides locally with her daughters, Evelyn & Leah, and her cat, Cutie
